Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. Within 14 days, the first night is charged and the remainder is refundable on resale.
From 15:00. Self check-in via smart lock — full instructions sent by email 48 hours before arrival.
By 11:00. Late check-out on request and where the calendar allows; otherwise luggage is held in the building until 21:00.
No smoking, no parties. Quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00. Pets and children are welcome in the units flagged as family-suitable.
Family-configured apartments accept one dog under 15 kg and children of any age. Studios are adults-only.
A refundable damage deposit is pre-authorised on the card at check-in and released within seven days of departure.
Each apartment is registered with the relevant Norwegian authority for short-term letting and is syndicated only to compliant platforms.
