Question 1

How far ahead should I book, and which booking windows suit my stay?

Accepted Answer

For energy-sector assignments, relocation stays, and leisure trips, availability depends on the apartment and the season. Send your dates and length of stay as soon as you can; we can check a short break, a multi-week rotation, or a longer relocation window. The live apartment listing is the current source for availability, and our team can confirm the best options before you commit.

Question 2

What time is check-in, and how do I get the key?

Accepted Answer

Check-in starts at 15:00 with a smart lock. We send the access instructions to the lead booker 48 hours before arrival. If you prefer to meet someone, a key handover can be arranged in advance within the 06:00–23:00 flex window; tell us what you need when you enquire so we can confirm the plan for your arrival.

Question 3

Is parking available at each apartment?

Accepted Answer

Parking is specific to the building and apartment. Selected higher-tier and family-suitable apartments have a bay where the building permits one. Check the apartment listing, then tell us which unit you are considering and whether you are bringing a car so we can confirm the exact arrangement.

Question 4

What kitchen equipment and groceries can I expect on arrival?

Accepted Answer

The apartments are set up for self-catering: induction hob, oven, full-size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, espresso machine, crockery, and cookware. Studios use a compact galley. If you need requested groceries or supplies ready before arrival, we can help arrange them.

Question 5

What laundry facilities are available?

Accepted Answer

Laundry facilities vary by apartment. The listing or host will confirm whether your chosen unit has a washer and dryer, a shared option, or another arrangement. For a longer energy-sector rotation or a family stay, tell us how much laundry access you need and we will help match you with the right apartment.

Question 6

How fast and reliable is the Wi-Fi?

Accepted Answer

Each apartment has hardwired broadband at 100+ Mbps alongside dual-band Wi-Fi, set up for daily video calls and normal remote work. As with any live connection, we cannot promise an outage-free service, but we will help investigate a problem during your stay.

Question 7

Can I bring a pet?

Accepted Answer

One dog under 15 kg may be possible in selected family-configured apartments. Studios are adults-only, and pet permission is tied to the individual unit, so please ask before booking and we will confirm the right home for you and your four-legged companion — whether that means a harbour walk or a quiet evening in.

Question 8

Are children welcome?

Accepted Answer

Yes — children of all ages are welcome in our family-configured apartments, with sleeping layouts and capacity varying by unit. We are happy to help you choose a comfortable base near Stavanger's harbour and old town; share the ages and sleeping needs when you enquire so we can confirm the best fit.

Question 9

Can you arrange airport pickup from Stavanger Airport, Sola?

Accepted Answer

We can check whether an airport pickup from Stavanger Airport, Sola can be arranged as an optional arrival service. Share your flight time, passenger count, luggage, and apartment when you contact us; we will confirm availability and the price before adding it. If pickup is not available, we can still help you plan the simplest route to your apartment.

Question 10

Are deposits refundable?

Accepted Answer

If a refundable security deposit applies to your apartment or booking, we explain the amount and conditions before you confirm. It is returned after departure once the apartment has been checked and any agreed charges have been settled. Ask us to confirm the terms for the exact unit and dates you are considering.

Question 11

What can I actually walk to from each apartment?

Accepted Answer

Walkability is unit-specific. From some homes, Stavanger harbour, Gamle Stavanger, Pedersgata, and the CBD are practical central destinations on foot; other apartments are better suited to public transport or a car. Use each listing's catalog map for the address and ask us to confirm the route that matters to your group. We avoid one generic minute count because it would not be accurate for every unit.
